Hidden Resources trouble

Im using the kingdoms expansion, along with the retrofit mod 1.0, grand unit addon, and the map from regions provinces bigmap 2.4. before i put the map in, the catholics could recruit crusader state units, now they cannot. the export_descr_building txt has the correct hidden resources in the correct areas as i did not touch it. also, i placed the hidden resources in the file descr_regions located in the base folder. is there another file that i need to change to make the crusader units available to catholics in the holy land? please let me know asap, this mod is turning out to be something great. when its completed, i hope to post it and allow others to enjoy it aswell. thanks for your time!

Did you delete the map.rwm after changing descr_regions?

That needs to be done in order for the changes to take effect.
