NEED HELP!!!!

I resently had to reinstall medeival 2 but now it's not working. Ever time i try to install it a message pops up saying it has detected 1.02.001 version of the game and tells me i need to uninstall this version even though i have aready unistalled medeival 2 completely and have even done a search to make sure no files remain but i still get this same message.
Please help because i have no idea what to do.

I get the same problem.

I have Med2 and all the Kingdom games installed.
I try to uninstall them, and its stubbon. I uninstall each of the Kingdoms, but they still stay on my list of installed applications. THen i try to uninstall Med2, it gives me the you must uninstall version 1.02. something like that.

My only solution is to download ccleaner and delelet it off rather than uninstall it off.

If you can’t uninstall, then just delete the Sega folder and then all files are gone, after that reinstall Medieval and Kingdoms.

i've run ccleaner and am installing it now. it seems to be working thanks for helping me out

yup deleting it with ccleaner and reinstalling it worked thats for helping me out
