    Could I have BareBonesWars for RTW installed and have this mod installed on Barbarian Invasion and play both?

    I don't know BareBonesWars, but generally speaking... since Chivalry TW uses his own directory within the Rome TW folder it shouldn't interfere with any other mod that uses a mod folder on his own, too.

    So if you look in the main Rome TW directory and there is a BareBonesWars folder - or something like that - there should normally no problem installing CTW as well...

    If you want to play with ALX, there has to be Immortal Trait and the Chat Filter.san, but will this mod function correctly(let you play imperial campaign, custom battles) if you do everything right?

    And is this mod compatibile with RM TE and XGM(they all have subfolders)

    I have never tried any of these mods, but since they all work with subfolders they should be compatible with Chivalry. I have Fatw which also has a subfolder and chivalry working on the same rtw install.

    RM has modified buildings in RTW/Data folder, and it changed the buildings from the Vanilla(when you start the exe without command lines you get Vanilla) so I wasn't sure.Does this building change influence Chivalry in any way?Because I saw in screenshots you changed buildings look A LOT(still haven't installed the mod USB problems....... )

    EDIT:How can you make your mod playable with ALX?I know all about Immortal trait, and Chat FIlter, but when you use the exe with -mod:chivalry command do you get "select item from the list" message?

    BTW, can you post the files with Immortal trait included?

    what exactly is your question? What do you want know from us??
    ...Alexander.exe... immortial traits... building influence... chat filter?

    Honestly
    Why can`t you simple install the mod (after you fixed your problems) and try it with BI.exe? Then most of your qustions will be answered by itself.

    We never tried to run our mod with the Alexander.exe.
    Is this answer Ok for you?

    Like Pompeius Magnus said just install the mod, chivalry doesn't overwrite any files so you have got nothing to lose.

    I'm pretty sure none of us own or know about how alex works, but maybe you can make it work, if turns out to be a hassle just use rtw or bi.

    Sorry if I got you a bit off your field.Obviously you have never tried using ALX....

    Well, for example If you install a mod on RTW 1.5, but when you want to use it with ALX you need a command "-mod:chivalry", a "chat_filter" file needs to be placed in the data folder of both the RTW and the mod directory.

    But what happens with mods that use subfolder is that when you try to start imperial campaign you get "select item from the list" message, and you can't play Custom battles.XGM fixed this somehow, so I'll try asking them....

    If you don't want your characters to be immortal you need "Immortal" trait.Characters won't die from old age if Immortal trait isn't present in game directories.About adding traits, does it matter where are they put, or I can just put them where I want?Currently thats my only question so if you can answer it

    I finally got a hold of this mod, and it's great.About ALX, where is "export_descr_VnVs_enums" file located? I can't find it in the Chivalry data folder.I need it to add Immortal trait...

    So if I can't find it in Chiv, where does the game looks for it, I suppose in the RTW data folder, but I want to make sure.

    Also, can you make towers fire arrows, because currently they are useless, and I find it pretty annoying.If you don't want this in the normal chiv, can you at least release a pack that adds that.

    The enum files are normally superflouos, so they aren't in Chiv included.

    Sorry, we can't give you any support in regard of alex-exe, your are on your own, if you make something with Chiv on this base.

    It's very simple, I just need to add the immortal trait to make generals die of old age in the campaign, everything else works fine.Could you add Immortal trait

    I don't understand your problem.

    You have displayed the needed code above, so it looks like you know what you have to do.

    Again, the enums file is redundant in RTW, and isn't necessary to run the traits file in Chiv, and also not any changes in the traits need the enums file.

    And once again, as i said above, there is no support for ChivTW on alx-exe, nobody of the team has this expansion, and there are no plans to go in this direction.

    You are free to run ChivTW with what you like, but please don't ask after support by the Chiv team anymore, as we have no knowledge about the alx-requirements and so we won't extend the support for this platform.

    You are free to create an extra thread about this theme in this subforum though, if you want, there you can discuss and investigate the issue as you like (without official support by the Chiv team though).

    The opener had anyway a complete other question, which is answered, so you are in principle offtopic here.

    I hope now on your understandment and of course i wish you luck with your little mod changing project.
