Uruk morale

Is it supposed to be so shocking? I just think it doesn't seem right when I send a full stack consisting of a fairly competent general, some shadowriders and swords of the shadow, and the rest uruk berserkers and halberds that they should all just rout after about 5 seconds of coming into contact with the enemy despite the fact the enemy were vastly inferior in number and obviously going to lose the fight

Am I doing something wrong here?

Are you sure your general is that good? Maybe he is hungry and because of that he has little moral left.

Ah. Possible. But shouldn't a general coming out of a city have full morale? I have noticed some generals actually in cities with the 'hungry' trait though

It depends on what kind of city and how many turns a general stays there. If a general stays in a bigger city, he will have more changes to heal sooner than in a small town.

maybe too many uruks got killed by archers?

Nah, there were no archers. It was just a general and a few units of gondor militia. Should've been an easy fight.

I think just a slight tweak is all that's needed then, so good to hear it's coming. I mean it just seems the uruk units are always the first to rout long before the rest of the army
