War council

Hope someone can help me with this. Once my only general with war council satus died I didn't get another with the trait. I waited about 60 turns and still nothing. Thinking it was a bug I restarted and it seems the same thing is happening again and I'm struggling to do anything with just levy spearmen. Am I doing something wrong here?

Go to the BGR III mod in the Sub Mods forum and ask there, or PM Byg.

You need a general with at least 3 command, 4 loyalty and 4 piety for them to become a member of the war council.

But as the others said, talk to Byg in his mod's thread.
