Shifting Units Between Factions?

There is a part of me that would like the ability to play with this, but only if it's fairly simple and straightfoward.

For example... i'd like to be able to give England pikemen.

I've tried moving the specific units from the

SS\data\ui\ui_info

and

SS\data\ui\unit

But clearly it isn't that simple. Am I missing something?

Yes, you have to edit the modelsdb files, EDU, and EDB files.

Once you figure out how, (check tutorials on modding forum), its easy.

Actually found that thread and have been playing with it for awhile now. More complicated than i was hoping... perhaps i'm just less skilled at this sort of thing that I was hoping!... )
