You need to start reading the pinned threads. Start with the one of the revolt ctd hotfix which I see you have installed and then continue with the one that says post only mini mods here.

If you are playing with extended realism mod(judging by the looks of Iberia you are), then this is the CTD fix. All factions have a unit that is near 30k so that you don't crash to desktop if a city rebels.
Forget the Cod this man needs a Sturgeon!
