Default Super rich defraud us all

    http://www.accountancyage.com/accoun...r-indicted-tax

the super rich have been dodging the taxes they complain about, this ubs banker may be giving some of them up.

billionares in america should be scared, we can all see what total scumbags you are; and maybe we can persuade the population to bring your ass to the chopping block, or start giving back to the nation that allowed you to become so rich.

conservatives please explain this to me; you constantly say the super rich pay too much, but they are breaking the law hiding from those laws, while you pay your taxes the richest among us avoid them.

how does that make you feel?

its not the super rich that are over taxed. its the rich. taxes only take into account your income, not your outcome. which is why alot of rich people who run there own business often end up paying more then they should.

not everyone who is rich or even super rich is some scumbag you know, alot earn it threw bloody hard work. see alan suger or richard branston

By why do that? Its much easier to just make villains out of the super rich! They are rich so they all have to be scumbags after all. I like to see the world operate without the "rich" just so people like the OP realize as with everything generalizing any group is fundamentally flawed.

conservatives please explain this to me; you constantly say the super rich pay too much, but they are breaking the law hiding from those laws, while you pay your taxes the richest among us avoid them.
Sure soon as you prove every rich person out there is a corrupt lawbreaker to even warrent beginning such a discussion...until then all you have pointed out is someone who got caught breaking the law. May as well classify the middle class as all law breaking speedsters because a bunch of them got speeding tickets, or muslims are all terrorist, or whites are all privileged feel free to insert other nonsense that is comparable. The existences of self made billionaires, of people like Gates and Buffet who give tens of millions away thru foundations etc kinda of cuts into your argue about "the rich". As with every group there is good and bad so Id suggesting putting off dragging people to the chopping block because sorry Che Guevara is dead.

Not in my country, and AFAIK not in yours either.

Here you can deduct all business expenses, and this rule is very easily bent, for example: My boss took me to a strip club a few weeks ago, he payed with his company credit card and is going to deduct it as a "business dinner" because the club is actually registered as a restaurant.
He's also deducting airplane tickets for vacations, since he usually meets up with one or two clients along the way, and even part of his rent gets deducted because he has in house office.

Rich people complaining about their taxes need to get out of their Ferrari's, take a good look at themselves in their Armani suit and gold Rolex watch, and ask themselves: is my life really THAT bad? is it really impossible for me to live a happy life having just half the millions I would have without taxes? is it really THAT terrible to give some of my money away so kids who aren't born in a rich family can go to school and have a chance at a decent future as well?

That sort of thing though is not limited to the rich. Everyone who can tries those little loopholes

Yes, it's a common thing to do when you have your own company.
Point is: rich people with their own company don't pay anything near the amount of taxes that some people think they pay, usually they pay a lower % of their income than joe average does.

Lower % of THEIR income sure but more overall money atleast over here (top 10% pays 60% of the tax burden). Clearly say a thousand dollars means alot more to the middle class then it does to the rich and Im all for closing up loopholes like that though I just dont think the "rich' are especially villainous as the OP wants us to believe for doing it.

    Someone is jealous.

It is the state's job to provide Schooling and provide a Future. It is not the rich's/nobilities/upper class to care for anyone but thier offsprings and thier status. Sure, charity is good and always has been but it is not thier fault. Blame the state and move to someplace where your future is great.

If a person isn't able or can't, they should take thier hand thier dealt and try to make the best of it. If they aren't able to, then that isn't the fault of the rich.

The Rich are not to blame for the poor's missable status or the cause. You want to point fingers, then point it at the state.

    That's a different discussion.

My only point is: there is no need to feel sorry for the rich, even IF you consider the tax system unfair.

No Need? Why when you become rich you suddenly become something other than humans? They don't need your feelings?

Sure as with underprivilaged people, some are jerks others are welling meaning people. Your unfair lumping of them, as if they are not human beings, doesn't leave much to the imagination of your views.

I'm sorry you don't think that the rich deserve your feelings. Unlike you however, I do not wave away thier concerns with the saying "Their Rich". The Tax system, I have found is to be lacking in multiple things. Reforming them and giving a break and a motive to get the rich to invest in soical structure with these breaks would help all.

Yep just like every other group out there indeed some rich are scumbags The Hilton thing is unfair though since it isnt Barron (or his father before him) fault that his son would raise some attention seeking airheaded daughters. Its probably why he is giving almost all his money to charity and not his kids or grandchildren. Guys like Soros do annoy me though mainly because he does the very things he speaks out against and uses his money to undermine anything he doesnt like.

No way. Keep it. However have the IRS do a better job in enforcing it. Also require the IRS to make availiable either online or at their offices, programs to help peolpe do their taxes which provide help about their documents.

I have provided an article which plainly displays they believe themselves to be above the law, and where we all pay our dues, these richest of men avoid them.

    this is wrong.
