I saw the AI using very very few cavalry, so every time i use mine to crush them with no risks.
I tought the Ai didn't recruit cavalry because most of them takes 2 turns to train. If i lower this value to 1 will the AI recruit more cavalry?

Yes. I lowered the cavalry recruitment costs and time in the ExRM 3.3 and the AI now recruits it more regularly.

no, i was thinking of lowering only the recruitment TIME. Do you think it will work too?
I believe it will.

thanks, i'll try!
No prob. I hope it works for you. IIRC, recruitment time reduction caused a significant increase in cav usage by the AI. Although it doesn't check upkeep, it does seem to pay attention to time and cost.

AI doesn't know how to use cavalry. If you increase the number of cavalry in AI armies, the battle would actually become much easier - I have seen this many times. The only units AI can use well are skirmishers.
