permanent crash with qarthadast
Here is my problem. I play EB 1.1, with all fixes. I never forget to activate the script. But I have allways a CTD in winter 244, during AI turn, when it's Palahva turn, I think. I don't see any town rebelling in my area.
here is my saved game:

The Best thing you can do which I've been doing is saving a file every 5 Years.
If it does Crash, at least you have a save file that is 5 years back, may take some time to reach where you left off but it will sort out the CTD on that year your getting it.

I think you're right. But I'm reluctant to start a 3rd huge campaign.

Re: permanent crash with qarthadast
You could use the "toggle_fow" cheat and follow AI movement to see exactly what happens just before the crash and see if anything weird is happening, like an AI diplomat acting weird.

Re: permanent crash with qarthadast
I used toggle_fow, but for my 2nd campaign-crash, I've reported the results in this thread:
http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=167223
The problem occur when a sweboz army attack a rebel army, near the city of Eburonum, in eastern Europa. I've tried 8 times, always crash.
Frankly, is there a solution or should I start a new campaign for the 3rd time?
