I want to replace the old Sarmatian units in RTR, particularly the noble cavalry because it lacks the sword. Does anyone know good skins for that?

EB or Res Gestae (although in the latter they should be scythians IIRC)

No, the sarmatians are sarmatians(two units).

Yes but I don't want the bow for lancer. A "prec" bow is just useless you know.....
