Cant install Medieval II Kingdoms patch

Whenever i try to install the patch for kingdoms it says that the Setup cannot detect that Medieval II Total War : Kingdoms is installed. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still didnt work. Any help?

Don't you have any,non Creative Assembly exe.?
If all are correct ,just trie to clean the registry.Clean all Medieval entries,then reinstall all.
