    Quick question;

    Which factions do the central white captain and the one to the left of the English King's captain belong to? The one to the left looks like it might be a family related to the royal?

    White captain belong to House of Cornwall and the left from Plantagenet's captain who looks familiar, but he belong to House of Lancaster.

    Excellent work Wilddog!

    @Konstantin I - Hey nice to see your back? Yes thats correct.

    @Lothe - they are both connected into the royal family. Edmund of Cornwall was the nephew of Edward I and Edward's brother is Edmund of Lancaster (His son was beheaded by Edward II for treason).
    Most of the Earls are related in some way.

    Thanks guys. I delayed doing those strat captains for a while as I was fiddling with the battle models. We're comming to an end to the main texturing other than individuals and their bodyguards.

    Hope to preview some Scottish units units soon (this weekend or next) although as said previously in this time period lowland scots are pretty similar to English units and Highland Scots and Irish were also similar.

    Excellent idea for a mod.

    I still love old STW setup the most. I still maintain that the whole TW formula is better suited for smaller scale maps and perfectly represents the mentality of local conflicts rathen than pan-european wars.

    It just feels weird to know in the back of your head at all times that armies are scaled down and I always felt uncomfortable fighting decisive battles between the whole nations that only involved 5000 men.
    Not sure if I can actually put into words what I mean but I always preferred local, feudal wars of STW to national clashes.

    I reall hope you can finish this mate, next to RS2 and PI this is the definite must-have for me. Best of luck, cheers, marrow

    Maybe I should do a course.. not a strong point of mine.

    Just needing a break.

    I need to finish a few bits mostly on cavalry - they sort of came to a halt tied with the person doing the horses. So unlikely to get anything completely finished until October to do a full preview.. if I do one.

    Funnily enough, wilddog, from what I've seen I'd say that you were one of the best modders at handling people's queries and comments. I've seen a lot of mod forums where someone asks a question, or maybe has a bit of a gripe (and these people can be annoying, it's true), and then one of the modding team throws a tantrum and the thread gets locked. But you seem to take everything in your stride. Though you do also seem to have much more reasonable fans!
