I was playing around with climates yesterday just to know what you can change and what you can't. Still want to have more of a play with them but at leat I understand them a lot better now.
Mak's been working on the agent Texturing for the mod. They're mostly done now also. I've still got quite a bit to do on the general/captain textures though.
Good to hear that things are still ticking over. I look forward to giving the Comyns and the English a good bashing!

Are there scripts you can alter which make vassalage easier to achieve, but increase the likliehood of rebellion?
great stuff, could have scorlled out to see the knights :p
nicely detailed
very nice keep it up
wow , very very nice work!
I've a question : I don't know if this is historicaly correct but , can you give the general a sort of lance (a charging one , like the knights) and after charging he uses a sword for the melee?
And is it historical that the generals charged with a lance or they used only a sword?
Sorry for my english
Again , wonderful work!
This looks excellent!
Support Russia!
me again lol are there going to be any new buildings
@romy - Historically they would probably use a war lance - but it depends on the person. The shots were from the battle map so I had swapped in a general for a captain. I guess you could swap the general to use the lance first but need to test if any implications on rebel generals (I can't remember) or in any of the pre battle animations.
DragonsWarrior - I'm still fiddling around with the EDB so can't say one way or the other. I need to position some of the troop producing buildings and test out as I'm not planning on big town/ castle population growths. However I still need to make sure there are building upgrades you can spend your cash on.
okies im not that bovered if there are or not realy but good luck
OK, a little bit slow at the moment s I keep swapping around on things. Progressing with the family trees this weekend (but that is slow) as well as finishing some of the character textures.
Note I am adjusting some of the trees to suit the campaign eg
- birth/death dates of characters. This is partly to ensure certain characters are present (so born earlier - these are mostly characters born in the 1280's) and some of the family trees so older generations born later in order to simplify some of the trees (the characters are dead so its really only the wrong death date you see).
- Some non family members or 'duplicated' family members added - this is to counter some of the vanilla game features. They are generally fairly clearly identified.
- not all family members shown - this is the 4 offspring that get shown only (this is part of the reason for the comment above) but mostly if some are already dead or not that relevant then they have been omitted.
- In several cases the wives or actual dates of birth aren't known so they have been made up. I'll try and correct but it depends how long it takes.
- Irish factions leaders are likely to be the most made up (sorry I haven't really looked them up in detail).
Having said all that I am trying to be as true as I can to the main families in this period but mostly its male deaths known in detail and not much else. eg anyone know when Senana ap Caradog was born (or died)? Her husband died 1240. As she's not important to the time period (only the family tree) I just show an artificial death date.
I'm delighted you kept the momentum on this mod and still eagerly anticipating the first release!
Goodness how long has it been in the making? Must be a couple of years ..
Looks really good this mod, fantastic skins and textures, good luck !
