    Default How do I "Manage all cities" on the custom campaign?

    I want to know how to manage the cities without having a governer general in each one.
    I envision a GREEN world! One conquered by Milan, of course.

    You have to set to have automanage off when you start a Campaign. Though I believe you can change it, in an existing game, if you press ESC and look through the options.

    You can change it through the "Game Options" in campaign map, after pressing ESC.
