New to IBFD

After playing the vanilla BI i got quickly tired of it and wanted a mod t enhanche this timeperiod and i do think i gotten to the right place but im a little confused and what to download first.
Should i dl the Provincial campaign thats starts 355AD with main campaign starting in 361AD or the INVASIO BARBARORVM : RUINA ROMAE that starts in 410?
Which one is better modded for gameplay? And what about the mini mods, are they worth getting?

I'd say it depends on what you want, if you want a unified Rome, do the IJ 361 campaign as the Imperium Julianorum, if you want huge armies on your borders, either Roman faction in the 355 campaign, and if you want a simple jumbled mess of your lands, 410!

Currently, I am Constanstius in 355.

they tire fast because their momevement speed has been drastically reduced.
