A question regarding govenors
I was wondering, does having like an academy or any other building influence whether or not your gov/general is produced with command stars or managment? All the govs I ever produce end up having command stars.
Oh I suppose this question is a bit off the topic, but I also noticed that armored hoplites can't form phalanx, along with a number of other greek units that it says can?

Re: A question regarding govenors
The scholarly buildings provide a lot more ancillaries to help out management, and I believe there are a few skills that are learned at the schools (and I think the temple of battle/war might teach some military ones, and increase certain warlike traits).
If you want exact details on this, you can open up the descr_character_traits.txt file, and do a ctrl-f for each of the buildings in question.
The armored hoplites issue is a text file problem, the next patch for 1.5 will hopefully resolve most of these typos.

Re: A question regarding govenors
Governors almost always get 2 - 3 command stars, though they not very good in battle, with about 13 personal guard and there on foot
i would of proffered the command stars to changed into management though, and academies do not affect the traits you get on producing them, though if you have a governor in a city with an academy etc, he will gain better traits over time.
