    Default Increasing Dip/hottie/merchant movement rates?

    This map is so flipping big! I mean it's beautiful thing don't get me wrong, but I just had a Dip die of old age before he could finish circumnavigating the map! Can we up the movement rates for non combat people please?
    If the Army and the Navy

    Yeah, that's what I did. Just go to your SS data folder, find descr_character.txt, and change the starting_action_points parameter to whatever suits you.

    I personally use 400 for all non-combat characters, since taking 3 years to walk out of France annoys the crap out of me.
