    This took me forever to make it work right. Unfortunately the guide (link above) did not help me at all, and I had to figure it out myself which I believe was totally different from the guide... :hmmm:

    Try to do this and it should work for you.

    Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

    1. You download the 2 files provided in the link above by Caesar Clivus.
    2. Put them into you Medieval II directory.
    3. Open cin-ed.cfg and scroll to the [replay] line and change the "file =" to this":

    file = C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\Stainless_Steel_6\replays\Replay.rpy

    (Replay.rpy is the saved replay, can be a different name, but then you would have to change it everysingle time, so just alter the default one.)

    4. Scroll to the [features] line and change the "mod = " line to this:

    mod = C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\Stainless_Steel_6\Stainless_Steel_Kingdoms.bat

    5. Close and save.
    6. Right click on the cin-ed.bat file choose edit.
    7. Erase everything in there and paste this:

    kingdoms.exe --features.mod=mods/Stainless_Steel_6 @cin-ed.cfg

    8. Close and save. Then it should work.

    I hope that this helps you.

    P.S. I assumed that you have a hard drive named C and that everything is in the default directory.

    I havn't looked at mine in a while but you shouldn't need to create a file in the SS folder unless you need a place to save your replays. I save mine under Medieval2/mods/stainless_steel_6/replays. The other files should be placed in the Medieval 2 folder. But i did set mine up a little different I think. Listen to yelowdogg he knows what he is talking about.

    Are you talking about the text file that I attached above? If so, you do not need to rename the two files you have downloaded, just leave them in the main medieval II directory. And then try to follow my way of doing it, I hope it sort of makes sense.

    That's pretty much exactly what I posted (3rd reply.)

    It might explain it a little better though.

    Sorry, I guess I read over that. I've attatched all of the files for anyone elase who may need them. Just extract them into your MTWII directory and you should be good to go.
