hi just downloading the mod as i wright this message, i have just one question hopefully someone can answer, i was just wondering how comes the mod file is soo small? i mean for a game which needs so much recourses and has so many features 700mb is too small isn't it? can someone please answer me this question thanks

Well i can't be certain It might be a total mod makeover but it has 17 something factions as opposed to SS 30 factions and larger map.

Once its expanded further in 2.0 it will probably be bigger.

Uncompressed the mod size 2.38GB. So it's not small at all. Probably the largest mod out there (behind EB perhaps?).

The tgas just compress really well, hence the compact 700mb. I guess that's a good thing.

I was about to say... Not small at all! I'm glad it has so many different ways of downloading it though.

For future reference, the person who broke the mod up into seperate parts to download was a god-send. This should be mandatory for all mods. Makes getting them a lot easier.
