Increasing campaign map zoom?

I did a little searching and didn't find a thread on this, so here goes...
Is there a way to increase how close the campaign map zoom zooms in? Not the map where you move characters around, but the map in the bottom corner showing political borders. Ideally I'd like to set another zoom level a bit closer to the map, where I could toggle between the three, but I could settle for being able to zoom in on the default zoomed in view.

Isn't there a plus and a minus that allow you to do that?!

I know but I want to increase the zoom level even further, or even perhaps add a third level, if you will...
