extending range of characters?

finally gotten all of the mods working for SS6.1 that i want but now cannot find the post where somebody explains how to extend the range of characters, agents, princesses and ships etc - can anybody remember what i have to edit to change those (i think the value to change to was 250 - might have been chimera who mentioned it?)

Edit the file descr_character.txt in your SS mod folder. The parameter starting_action_points is what you're after.
