Need Help Please.

I am playing Kievan Rus early campaign vh/vh. It is great so far around the year 1140 and have the patch and total combat installed. So far I have taken all the rebel settlements that I could and have around 8 settlements. I thought I would launch a preemptive strike on the Cuman Khanate and well found out it was a dumb idea. I attacked their castle and even though I had a 2:1 ratio I only narrowly won. Their elite soldiers proved a worthy match for my spear militia. They are now trying to take it back and the upcoming battle will be very close and very tricky. But that is not my problem. My problem is inside Kiev, the city is surrounded by a lithuanian priest and a hungarian priest. I still do not have the buildings to make assassins and they are leading Kiev into total revolt its down to 46% Orthodox cus there is no way to get rid of the priests. I really need help how do I get rid of them without assassins. I mean I really hate how in the original M2TW this was the only way to get rid of them as it sometimes led to war. If they are going to give the "enemies" priests an ability to cause revolt they should offer a peaceful solution so as to not lead to war. Please help me is there a cheat code?

You can try and make an alliance and they will usually leave your cities alone. Or try surrounding the priest with units from an army on all side then have 1 move onto the priest and the priest should die.

Well get more priests, put like 3 of yours in that particular region.

If you want to cheat, suit them up so that they have full piety.

Click on your priest, open console type in

Thank you for the quick replies they are both really helpful. I looked up cheats on cheatcc.com and used the move character cheat and sent all of them (2 more came in the meantime) to hang out in the hot desert sun with the moors. Now that I know a trick that does not rely on cheating just surround the priest and litterally killing him without declaration of war is really good. Also the ancillary cheat may prove to be very useful soon. Now back to war with the Cumans I do not think I will live through it for they have more elite soldiers and more soldiers. My most elite soldier is like spear militia so well I do not know how much longer Kiev will survive. But thanks again. Maybe my allies (Republic of Novgorod and Byzies) will form up and assault the Cumans. I made sure to form a orthodox alliance right in the beginning. I thinnk that Novgorod is preparing an assault they have some decent looking armies marching that way but the Byzantine Empire is too busy fighting everyone else they do not have the strength to help me. Lets see how this plays out.

The Cumans are indeed very powerful, I am playing as Novgorod, and they share borders with me and Kievan Rus, and stretch as far as Jerusalem :hmmm: And now they declared a war against Kiev, they are starting to worry me a little.
