    wow
this is weird, i just thought about opening a topic about Delphi

cause i heard there will be things like Olympia and the Olympic games, but i wondered if Delphi was in and how those things would work

well, waiting for someone from hegemonia to come

Dodona is the one you are thinking of in Epirus.

I know a fair bit about the oracles of the dead. The main four of which are at Heraclea Pontica, Acheron, Avernus and Tainaron. About the others like Dodona and Delphi I don't know so much, but there certainly is plenty of oracles to draw upon, so I hope they include them.

I think it would be cool if an oracle functioned like a temple that either pre-exists in a city, or could be built if certain conditions are met. Then if you were to destroy it, it might give some kind of benefit... perhaps lots of gold? But causes factions to declare war as a result.
That might be outside the capabilities of the engine though.

Well, you could probably do it using senate missions or something along those lines but then you would lose a faction slot and who knows how many complications there would be.

If only I'd come up with the idea years ago when I first came here. LOL

I guess you could also do scripted missions like FRRE:77BC does or like RTR:The Iberian Conflict.
