Kingdoms Update & SS 6.1

I looked around but didn't see anything, so I thought I'd ask:


Do you need the Kingdoms update to play SS. 6.1, or if you've already using the kingdoms patch, will it affect SS?

No you don't need it. And does it affect? KK said it shouldn't and he knows more about it than I so...

I agree to that. Kingdom patch is not needed. Does not correct any special.

SS6 .1 works very well with patch 1.5 and i have it on my pc because i have 8800 series

i might add, though, that if you still play any of the kingdoms' expansion, it's better to have patch 1.5 as other features in kingdoms do not work without 1.5. (i myself still play the kingdoms campaign along with ss and bc)

if I install and play 6.1 then install the kingdoms patch, could that cause a problem ?

i only installed 1.5 cuz i didnt see shadows in the battles.

I have recently installed the Kingdoms 1.5 patch and I'm playing SS6.1 and with no problems until now.
