Order AI always ignoring Lithuania

I've played 3 games as Poland, Denmark, and Kievan Rus. In each of those games, when the Order shows up, they immediately attack whichever faction I'm playing and completely ignore Lithuania. What's going on? Is this a conscious design decision or is it region-based?

They attacked constantinople 1st thing after showing up when I was playing as the Byz.

I agree with OP, the order's priority seems messed up. Fighting the last pagan kingdom should be their first and foremost goal...maybe one of the great KK team modders can help out?

My campaign as the Turks had the Teutonic Order emerged then march down to Iconium to besiege it ... so I assassinated both their faction leader and heir. It was still a hell of a fight afterwards, but them attacking me seems kinda messed up.

Yeah the same thing happened to me with Jerusalem, I have the emergent script thing. But I wasn't playing as the templars but when Jerusalem thats who they attacked lol, of all factions.

Playing on Medium and TO is attacking Lithuania (they took 1 region so far). But this happened between turn 35 and 40, I think.

In my late Venice campaign Riga rebelled and the Lituanians took it over. Afterward the TO did nothing for 70 turns. They just had a stack camped outside of Konigsberg an did nothing. (I use toggle_fow every once in a while to see AI progressing) Eventually they attacked Lithuania, but it took a damn long time.

From memory when this was discussed when testing 6.0 it seems that the TO don't attack Lithuania because they think it is too powerful.

So they go somewhere a bit easier.

(If you really want to confuse the TO send lots of priests into Lithuania and make it catholic before the TO emerges.)

(Personally I don't think there should be a Lithuania faction in 1080, it should emerge later. The earliest recorded date for a State of Lithuania is 1236.) No problem with it being in late era of course.) (Vilnius isn't recorded as being in existence until 1323.)

Mindaugas united the Lithuanian nation in 1236 but the first mention of Lithuanian people was in the Quedlinburg Chronicle written in 1009.
