    Default Problem with the tax

For some reason, every time I move a general out of a settlement it puts the tax to the highest even when there is another general in the settlement.

For example, if general A and B are in a settlement, and General A leaves the settlement, general B becomes the new governor but the taxes go to highest even if it will get the public order is already low.

    What's happening?

Do you have the gameplay option, Manage All Settlements selected, and have you perhaps set any settlement exibiting this behavior to "automanage" by accident?

No I do not have the Manage all settlement option on. However, it still manages all settlement. I think that's another bug.

Is this thing that rare? i have an issue with taxes being set on highest when the general leaves unless its set on growth. The issue is that the AI doesn't "know" that and so it keeps losing cities, making the game ridiculously easy. :/
This isn't right, this isn't even wrong. This isn't anything!

in the faction information scroll there are 2 other checkboxes at the bottom regarding automanaging. Do you have either of these checked? It's hard for me to believe the game is just doing this of it's own free will, considering I'm not experiencing any behavior like this and I'm using Kingdoms + latest patch + SS6.1
