RR and Order Spearmen

I thought I posted this lats night but I can't find it in any SS forum, so I poligize if this is in fact a double post. I did search for an answer but can't find any. Is there a table with requirements to recruit each unit when using the RR mod? Namely Order Spearmen to counter SS's uber cav? I can't find them in any building browser. I don't know if I'm off in the year, or misisng a building, and don't know what I need to build/plan in order to get to these guys.

Also, do the Tuetonic generals benefit from a military education or can they not get educated at all since they're an order and not a family tree?

Order spearmen wear partial plate so are unavailable until 1275-1280, from Garrison Quarters at a castle. Until then you'll mostly need to use the Order's cav and missile to counter enemy cav.

Not sure on the education sorry.

Yes, TO recieve education, although there faction is heavily biased towards a military inclination, so they gain more from castles and battles than schools and administration.

Ok, that should explain it. I'm 15-20 turns in and so I assume I haven't hit the right years yet. I'll check it out tonight. Thanks to both of you for the information on that as well as answering my education question!

No plate armors, I modded them out since I hate their appearance with the clipping sleeves. I do get advanced plate though as soon as I can build lancers and such, but thats after I get gunpowder pretty much.

Im enjoying RR, lots of extra challenge surviving as the teutonic with cav and crossbow till later period
