    Default disable heretics and witches

    I was always annoyed by them, found it highly unrealistic that a huge city of 20-30k would revolt just because of one tiny heretic.
    Also that you could only get rid of him via assassination or through a priest. Why not send some sort of medieval police and arrest him for heresy.

    Anyway, how would I disable the spawning of heretics and witches?

    open the descr_campaign_db file in the data folder and just look through the file and find:

    <max_witches uint="15" />

    and

    <max_heretics uint="30" />

    and reduce the number to 0, i think that should work

    1. Cities don't, although they did historically. Its to do with garrison size.
    2. Each heretic represents a group of heretics, rather like one priest represents all those serving in the church/cathedral you have built in the city.
    3. You can send in the religious police, he is called a priest.
