Re: Big problem of compaing
Uh, can't say much to that but reinstall.
Maybe something messed up in your original install, that one campaign got bugged, or some mods you may have installed killed your scripts and text files.
Start a new campaign and see if you have the same problem. If not, when in doubt, reinstall.

Re: Big problem of compaing
Have you maybe changed the turn times from 2 years per turn to 6 months (0.5) per turn? None of those events will have occurred in 175 turns if you have because they are attached to the years not the turn number. You would have had the Aleppo earthquake at around turn 116, though (1138).

Re: Big problem of compaing
Did you use a cinematic editor? I read in an other thread that this can cause this change. But you should change it to "disable_events = 0" and take away the write-protection and see what happens (new campaign). But I think you found the solution for your problem.
