It's a bug or you did edit your game a bit on your own, or you are playing on some ULTRA VERY SUPERB LOW difficulity level. I had whole Iberian Peninsula, France and whole great britain together with half of Genoa and Byzantine conquered (50 or so provinces) but even with that, after 300 rounds the best city I had was York with 6,5k per round, and London had "only" 4k.

I think it is possible without cheating. If he has a merchant quild HQ in London, the hanseatic bug in many other settlements and he has put all of the lord ancillaries on the governour of London.

I remember a Byzantine game where so much trade$$ was coming in that everything snowballed and expansion of the empire via buying a province for 1 million gold was not such a big deal. Everything lost meaning and I had to quit : P

The year is 1129 and the turn number is 100, meaning you changed the default years per turn from 1.5 to .5. Wouldn't that screw up building pace altogether?
