Is he? Vote in the poll.
What poll?

its not really fair to judge yet...
but no, we've had worse. what about james buchanan, franklin pierce, millard filmore?
It's not really fair to judge yet? Are you kidding me? I think it's the ripe time to judge considering what he has done for the past 7 years. He has ruined the economy, he has started a war, and he refuses to repay his debts that measures up to the trillions. What more do you want? Also, according to polls he has the highest disapproval rating of all the previous presidents at 78%.
Every president has always had criticism against them, except for maybe the first couple. He is not the worst president we've ever had. I actually think he has done well from what his circumstances were. Plus there's these guys: Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and a lot more presidents that are actually bad but people don't know it.
And how did he start the war? I guess 9/11 wasn't an attack then by that logic.

Freedom is the distance between church and state.
Read up on John Adams, Andrew Jackson and US Grant before you say G W Bush is the worst ever.

Adams prevented a war with France which could very well have destroyed us. Jackson became embroiled in the National Bank issue. And Grant... well, he was a brilliant general, but he trusted everybody and thus opened the floodgate to bribery.
All of which are heroic actions compared to someone like... well... Nixon... who was an absolute liar, a crook indeed. Richard Nixon makes George Dubya Bush look like Abraham Lincoln.

So you atribute the surplus to clinton. Hardly, it was congress and the senate that was the cause of the surplus. And also see Farnan's post above yours.
EDIT: Dang I type too slow.
Worst Pres : Abe Lincoln.
With his emancipation proclamation crap.
I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I'm kidding.
Of course not. Anyone who thinks that is a damned fool that knows absolutely no American history. There have been plenty of horrible presidents: Buchanan, Johnson, van Buren, Pierce, Hoover, take your pick.

Lincoln may be the most over-rated president (his Emancipation Proclamation freed no slaves and he mis ran the Civil War by making political choices in his generals) but he is not the worse.

Franklin Roosevelt, in my opinion, must be the best president. He saved the world from Germany and Japan with the US military under him.
