general max age

I thought this was hardcoded but I noticed in the changelog of 6.1 that the max age was increased. I don't want to install 6.1 because I want to finish my campaign. So I was wondering how to do this manually? Which file is it in and which setting, thanks.

Look into the descr_campaign_db file in your SS6/data folder.
Search for age in that file, you'll see what to edit.

So I suppose that after the character hits the value at old_age that they will start dieing from age?
