    Default A problem after install

I recently reinstalled Medieval 2 in my D drive (it was installed in my C drive before), and installed the 1.2 patch before playing it. After that I installed the Sicilian Vespers mod on top of it.

When I try to start the game now, the screen is... widened. That is, everything is so enlarged that only the top left corner of the screen could fit on my monitor. I uninstalled the mod and tried it with Medieval 1.2, but I still had the same problem. Upon reinstalling Medieval (making sure that I checked the normal screen option instead of the widescreen one), I found that I had the same problem (even though I did not install 1.2). I'd try working with the video settings, but since 3/4 of the screen is off monitor, I can't do anything with it.

I would love any advice you guys could give me.

You can delete medieval2.preferences.cfg to restores settings, or manually edit it for the resolution.

Deleting the file worked wonderfully. Thank you
