    You appear to have a 'run time error'. I suppose that's not much help...

    Have you installed mods or drivers recently? It might be an idea to reinstall the game and make sure you have everything up to date. Also, don't forget that any mods need to be compatible with the latest patch you are using.

    I would delete everything from EU3 and reinstall EU3, patches, extensions (Napoleon's Ambition) and finally MM2Gold.
