Gunpowder still bugged?
I started a campaign as norway after the 6.1 patch and now it is 1337 and I has the gunpowder discovery but in 3 of my settlements I have the ability to recruit handgunners except it wont let me recruit them into a standing army. It keeps saying "will be able to recruit in 1 turn" over the handgunner icon but it has said that for about 15-20 turns. Anyone have any ideas?

lol the reason is cause of the grim reality thing you have to like disband alot of weaker units to get better ones....some promotion thing...or at least thats what i did...
