How to install Medieval Total War on Vista.

I need your help, I want to revisit this great game but I just can't seem to get it to work.

When I play a battle, my troops go over-top the unit tabs. This means that the unit tabs go underneath the troops but still over the top of trees and the map.

2nd problem and far the worst is the impossibility to move. When I select a unit I cannot click on the ground to move. I can physically click but to no effect. I can only attack enemy units, this makes flanking close to impossible.

Please help me properly install the game. Details will be appreciated.

Perhaps you've properly installed the game, but you aren't using the correct buttons?

What do you mean correct buttons? Like I'm not pressing the right mouse button, or left to drag?

I don't think that's my problem. What would you say about the tab issue, it being see through and all.

Thank you, I hope I can get some help on this. Hmm I might try disabling my anti-virus and then installing. Maybe that will help.

Have you tried reinstalling? Maybe a file got corrupted.

Yes, I've tried reinstalling the game without my anti-virus running and the problems still continue.

Any guesses?
