Problem with EB

Tis been quite some time since I have given Rome a go and decided to pull it out, along with this mod. I followed the guide offered completely, yet whenever I attempt to start the game it freezes immediately when it loads the title screen and will not continue to the New game and etc. options. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Edit: I already attempted to reboot my computer and the same result happens.
