You need to run the unpacker located in C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\tools\unpacker. After that the file (or all files) is located in the data folder. Just read the readme file. If you unpack all files be sure to delete the two geography files inside the data folder.
Officer to a soldier who refuses to fight: There three types of soldiers who don't have to fight. They are called KIA, MIA and POW and you are not one of them.

    Tosa will be missed.

I have a question to do with this. I have kingdoms and SS 5.1. I found the descr_unit txt in the SS data folder and they have all the units plus even a section of Kingdoms units. But it doesnt have all the other units from kingdoms in there and I cant find where they are. Apache braves for example. They're no where else as well from what I could find. Where are the kingdom units located?
