    Default Roman Historical timeline

For all other roman fanatics i thing this would be a quite good idea.

What if someone were to organizse in a thread, a picture, or even a spread sheet a historical way of conducting your roman campaign. It would include time, expansion, and city conquest. MAybe a little something more hear and there. They purpose would be so roman historical lovers could follow it for a realistic, almost mission based cmapaign.
    Ex. 1
[random info for use] 288 B.C.
    Romans conquer segestica

It would give a year that you would see in game that would match[not year to year, but roughly match] when romans conquer where. An even simplier version would just be a suggested order in which people could conquer cities to be more historical.

    EX.2
    Segestica, palacia, athens, carthage....

All the way down the list. I would make it but couldnt do so till next week. Anyone who'd like to go ahead and help me, that'd be awesome.

It would be an idea. However, the problem with this is that though the player can act historically, the AI might not, and some of the AI's actions might force the player to act some other way to prevent himself from losing.

Its been done before, for other mods etc. Quintus Sertorius did it for RTR ages ago i think, but im sure you can get a timeline of Roman military conquests somewhere on the net.
EDIT: Here this looks pretty good.
