    Default gunpowder not occuring

    turn 95 as kingdom of argon an still no gunpowder.....late era and this is 6.0 its been like this for all my campaigns so i know somethings wrong.

    I am afraid there is a bug with the scripting in the Late campaign and if it doesnt happen by the 20 th turn or so it wont happen.
