Edit save file/Edit children?

So I got myself a 4 in a row of girls with my starting faction heir. Fun as it sounds, I´m in a urgent need of men and therefor wonder if there is anyway to mod/change these childrens gender? Or generally to change a save file?
(The childrens are premature, ranging from 1-10)

You can't do that stuff once the game is started. You just have to start a new campaign to change that stuff. For your present situation, I would just Bribe some good enemy generals for more males.
