I've found that on both the campaign map and the battle map, if I use the keyboard to scroll around, the game stutters. This only happens if I turn on the script. Scrolling using the mouse doesn't create this effect. Anyone know why?

That's just a result of the script slowing down your game. Considering the keyboard scrolls faster than using a mouse, the game has to do what it has to do faster at that speed of movement; it just can't handle it, so you'll get stuttering.
That doesn't make sense at all.
Without the script running, the keyboard input scrolls the camera at the exact same speed as the mouse input. It's identical and works perfectly.
With the script enabled, the keyboard scrolling makes the game stutter. Mouse scrolling works fine and is 100% smooth.
If your explanation was true, and mouse scrolling was slower than keyboard scrolling speed, then mouse scrolling would be stuttering, just slightly less.

Ah, sorry. I was mistaken. I hardly ever use the keyboard arrows to scroll, usually just click the map or move the mouse to the edges of the screen.
