I hope this is the right place for this question.
Is there a way to increase a characters 'Loyalty'? I play as Rome.
I had a 10 Star General/10 Influence/0 Loyalty...just turn rebel

In vanilla RTRPE?![]()
Well, it is. So, unless I`m mistaking it doesn`t happen in vanilla RTRPE. Firstly, there are no rebel romans in RTRPE so they don`t have where to go. Let me guess, metro naval or imperator?
Anyway, I`m sorry but I can`t help you with it. And the chances to get answers are probably lower here than in the workshop, but I`ll leave it where it is if you want. Which is to say that if you want it moved, let me know.
Thanks, If possible you can just close the thread or delete it. I posted the question in the Imp II forum...so I guess I'll wait...![]()
It must be BI-only. I'm using ALX and my generals never turn to rebel

I have never found how to do this. It's the most disturbing feature of IMP. I remember sending four legions to Greece and after a year two of my generals rebelled with my silver experience legions and my raw recruits had to fight those rebelled generals and their uber armies. Not fun...
Same as my 10 Star.
He was a monster. 10 Stars/10 Influence! My army also had silver/gold chevrons...
And the Bastid just went rebel! At least your guy waited until he got out from Italy, mine did it in the first province in Gaul(Bonia?)...
I wish I'd known that before...I don't think you have control over loyalty, just don't trust low loyalty generals (less than 4 I would say) with armies; if you leave them as governors, they will pose no problems.![]()
In vanilla RTW BI, I would transfer retinue/items which increase loyalty to key generals. I don't know whether those exist in the mod you're playing.![]()
