    Default Marry rebel generals?

I was wondering if you can marry a rebel general such as El Sid in Valencia with a princess or any rebel general for that matter?!?

I think that's because they are at war. Perhaps if you could make peace with them, you could marry a Spanish or Aragonese princess with El Cid.

Since the release of MII and with countless attempts; i've never been able to even bribe a rebel general. I didn't know it was possible. Only once have i managed to bribe an enemy TROOP, not general; and the cost was sky high.

I bribed El Cid in vanilla. But for some reason, every time I try, even if he has zero points of loyalty (as he use to have), having the possibility to give him 20.000 florins, he refuse. "Just rejected". Damn it!

^^^ you can marry wallace, b/c he's a scottish general, not rebels.
On your PC, the units seem to perform quite poorly. I think there might be something nearby the PC that is causing this problem for you. You may need a mirror to find out what it is.
