Crash playing carth

Hello EB team, i have a crash that just will not stop. If i do not activate the script it will not crash, however upon activating it next turn and attempting to go onto another turn, crash again.

I have turned fow off and followed Ai movements. It seems to crash when an Epirus diplomat is communicating with a Sauromat(sp) city.

P.S.
Unsure if it matters if i am using the ALX.exe or not. So i am, just to let you guys know. I tried loading it under the rome.exe but it just stays on the main menu. So hopefully it works ok with you guys.
