I don't now if this can be done through scripting,but how can I make a faction more interested in a special settlement.I would like to make Danemak more intersted in Scandinavia,or maybe Riga and so.I just don't like how they in every mod and in the vanila always storm down in HRE.Thanks in advance.

Assign them the desired settlement as an objective for winning the game. This tends to nudge the AI towards intelligent objectives throughout the game.
