Playing in early era campaign, I notice that the Kingdom of Jerusalem emerges... I wanna know, does the Teutonic order also emerges like that, or are they Only in the late era?

So,we have Mongols,Teutonic order and KOJ in 6.0 . Do they all emere at the same time?

No, I don't think so. I guess they emerge in the historically correct time. But I don't know for sure.
