Favorite SS Unit

If I had to pick one unit as my favorite to command on the battle map, I'd have to go with a Mongonel. It can be hard to get those barrels to make a direct hit, but when they smack right into the center of an enemy unit, I just love to zoom in and watch all the units scream and sizzle. And even if you can't get a direct hit, just having a barrel explode over a group of units still deliverys a fair amount of mayhem.

I play on the largest unit settings, and I think I had a direct hit kill at least 50-60 units once. That's a lot of simultaneously burning men.

Anyone else?

Katatanks, of course. Or the officer's orphans elite unit. Seem a bit more visually impressive to me than lancers as heavy armour.

I used to like the appearance of Latinkon the most of all in an earlier SS version where creative skinning had given them surcoats over their mail armor, sadly this was changed to a far less creative skin later on.

So now the Norman Knights are my favorites. they are strong, look awesome and their availability is alright as well.
