Having worked on a film based LOTR mod for god knows how many years and spending hours staring at photos of WETAs work, I know what I speak of. It's not plate armour, so therefore it can't HAVE a breastplate.. do you understand? Throwing the word "Noldor" around occasionally does not make you all knowing

yes i have a lot of knowledge of lord of the rings but i don't know it all but i can speak dwarf if any of you can its a rough language

I'd love to see that. That would be some conversation! Since we know about 2 sentences and something around 15 words from Khuzdul and most of them are names. Must be really useful.

Anyway, stop the dickfight, what Elrond has is a not a brest plate. While it does cover his breasts, it's not a breastplate. What this mod's elves wear is similar to the gondorian royal breastplate. Period.

it really looks neat, but why does so many of the elves have brownish skin? im not being racist or anything but the lore stated that the Tolkien elves are white skinned and blonde in most cases... its nice to be wanting to be politically correct for our black brothers, but it just kills away the lore of Lord of the Rings....

the Vanyar only were blonde

Noldor ARE white skinned but NOT blonde, they are, in most cases, black-haired exept those who have some relation with a Vanyar (Vanyar in Quenya means "the Blonde")

...and Vanyar are rare at Middle-Earth, (legolas in the book has not blonde hair)

No no no.... Most elves are blonde. The dark hair, on middle-earth or elsewhere, is extremely rare. The only elves who I know to have dark hair are half-elves, such as the line of Elrond.
The Woodland elves had blonde hair, as did the majority of the Noldarin.
